On October 7th, the 21st International Contemporary Music Festival of Contrasts took place in the Lyudkevych Concert Hall in Lviv, Ukraine, with support from the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage of the Republic of Poland and the Institute of Music and Dance. ‘The Modern Galicia… The Five Works on the Way’ was brought to life by the Kwartludium Ensemble performing various works of Polish and Ukrainian composers: Aleksandra Gryka, Zoltan Almashi, Anna Arkushyna, Jaroslaw Plonka and Karol Nepelski. The concert was repeated on October 8th as well as October 17th during the ‘aXes’ Festival in Kraków.
