The Musical Gardens Foundation will host concerts of the International Composers’ Course “Synthetis” on 6 and 9 August in Radziejowice. This year’s International Composers’ Course will last until 10 August. The Course, led by artistic director Professor Zygmunt Krauze, is the reboot of the famous composing courses organized in the 80s and 90s by the Polish Society for Contemporary Music.

Delivering lectures and conducting classes are outstanding composers Chen Yi (China), Mauricio Sotelo (Spain), Ondřej Adámek (Czech Republic) and Johannes Kreidler (Germany). Students will also have the opportunity to have individual consultations with the artists-in-residence, the German E-MEX ensemble.

On 6 August, Professor Zygmunt Krauze will hold a recital of his own compositions in the New House of Art in Radziejowice. On 9 August, the final concert will feature E-MEX, performing selected pieces composed during the Course.
