The 69th session of Musica Moderna, organized by the Grażyna and Kiejstut Academy of Music in Łódź, will be held between December 3 and 8, 2016. The program consists of a series of concerts given by Kwartludium, Wojciech Błażejczyk and several young musicians and Łódź-based students of the Academy of Music, featuring compositions by Grażyna Bacewicz, Tadeusz Wielecki, Sławomir Kaczorowski, Artur Zagajewski, Krzysztof Grzeszczak, Eugène Ysaÿe, Olga Hans and many others. Participants will also be able to attend lectures and workshops with Marek Chołoniewski and meet the employees of the Institute of Music and Dance as part of the presentation of the “Composing Commissions” program on December 6 and 7.
