Polskie Radio PRCD 1721-1727 (7 CD set)
A seven-CD box set with recordings by the prolific Polish violinist Prof. Kaja Danczowska (b. 1949) was released by Polish Radio in July. It is the most extensive collection of the artist’s recordings to date. The recordings come from Polish and German archives dating from 1974-2007. The publishers had great difficulty in obtaining some of these to present them on the album. In the highly interesting CD booklet, the artist comments on each of the recordings.
This publication is a special gift for Professor Danczowska on the occasion of her jubilee, but also for all the admirers of her talent. The box set was released thanks to the efforts of Polish Radio 2 and the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage
