Published monthly since 1994, it has been edited by Krysta Close since June 2003, with editorial assistance provided by Daniel Kamiński from June 2005 until June 2010.
From May 2002-2004, the Newsletter was co-edited by Krysta Close/Wanda Wilk.
Before May 2002, the Newsletter was co-edited by Maja Trochimczyk/Wanda Wilk. (From December 1994-September 2000, it was called the PMRC Newsletter.)
