Polish-American pianist Adam Golka’s concert schedule for Summer and Fall 2024 was very busy with international engagements, often presenting Polish music, throughout Europe and America. And 2025 will start off strong, with US performances of a “Slavic Winter” program in San Antonio, TX (Jan 31), a solo with the Augusta Symphony (Mar 29) and a cheekily-named “Poles Vault” program with the Jupiter Symphony Chamber Players in New York City (Apr 14).

June 2024
- Krzyzowa-Music On Tour, Krzysztof Penderecki Centre, Tarnów, Berlin, and East Frisia: Adam performed three concerts with Viviane Hagner, Nathan Meltzer (violins), Alexey Stadler, Konstantin Heidrich (cello). Program: Chopin, Zarębski.
- Lilacs Recital Series, New York, NY: Adam performed music by Johannes Brahms
- ChamberFest Cleveland, Cleveland, OH: Adam performed alongside other musicians in Mozart, Schumann, and Korngold’s works.
- Leksand Chamber Music Festival, Sweden: Adam performed in a program featuring Chausson and more.
July 2024
- Heikedine’s Salon in Hamburg and Piano Salon Christophori in Berlin, Germany: Adam performed pieces by Brahms, Liszt, and Zarębski.
- ChamberFest West, Calgary, Canada: Adam performed works by Bolcom, Stravinsky, and Brahms.
- Hoover Auditorium, Marblehead, OH: Adam performed Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 3 with the Lakeside Symphony Orchestra orchestra.
August 2024 / September 2024
- Performances at the Krzyżowa-Music Chamber Festival in Lower Silesia, Poland.
September 2024
- Matinee Musicale Cincinnati, Cincinnati, OH: Adam performed Brahms, Hindemith, Takemitsu, and Clarke alongside other musicians.
- Jamestown Community Piano Association, Jamestown, RI: Adam performed music by Brahms
October 2024
- Crescent City Chamber Music Festival, New Orleans, LA: Adam performed 3 concerts with the Manhattan Chamber Players and Louisiana Philharmonic – music by Bach on harpsichord and music by Saint-Saens on piano.
- Close Encounters with Music, Great Barrington, MA: Adam performed music by Brahms as well as Robert and Clara Schumann. Alongside Adam, the members of the ensemble included violinist Itamar Zorman, cellist Yehuda Hanani, and other musicians.
November 2024
- Monterey Symphony, Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA: Adam performed Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue with the symphony.
- Private Concert, Sleepy Hollow, NY: Adam performed alongside violinist Grace Park and cellist Brook Speltz, featuring works by Bloch, Beethoven, and Dvorak.
In addition to his performance commitments, Golka is currently finalizing his album Chopin Sans Chopin, which was recorded in December 2023. The album is expected to be mastered by the new year and released shortly thereafter. Adam is a great pianist and we are looking forward to the release of his next album.
