This year, the Opus Klassik award for ‘Singer of the Year’ went to Polish countertenor Jakub Józef Orliński.
The award was granted by a jury composed of people representing the phonographic industry, representatives of music publishing houses, and journalists. The artist was appreciated for the album Farewells, which he recorded with Polish pianist Michał Biel.
Orliński will receive the statuette on October 8, 2023 during a gala at the Konzerthaus Berlin.
