On June 17, the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra (NOSPR), a beneficiary of EU funds, will participate in the 5th Open Days of European Funds at their home base in Katowice. Open Days is an initiative implemented by the Polish Ministry of Investment and Development to showcase the various projects that utilize EU funds. The schedule includes concerts, workshops for children and adults, seminars, and “selfie time”— an opportunity to take selfies and record videos in the concert hall, with instruments played by musicians.
The highlight of the day in Katowice will be the final concert, when the New Music Orchestra will present the world premiere of Double bass Concerto by Sławomir Wojciechowski, with bassist Łukasz Bebłot as soloist.
