Internationally acclaimed French pianist Yves Henry will perform in the Chopin Salon Seriesin Miami on November 19, 2017 The series presents Chopin performed by some of today’s finest artists in a lovely Country Club ballroom for an intimate gathering of other classical music enthusiasts with a wine reception. His program will include A. Borodine: Polovtsian Dances (transcr. Yves Henry); M. Ravel: Pavane pour une infante défunte; P. Dukas: L’apprenti sorcier (transcr. Yves Henry); and F. Chopin: Scherzo in C-sharp minor, Op. 39, Prelude in C-sharp minor, Op. 45, Ballade in F minor, Op. 52, Berceuse in D-flat Major, Op. 57 and Barcarolle in F-sharp Major, Op. 60.
