The Kupinski Guitar Duo—Ewa Jablczynska and Dariusz Kupinski— will perform a program of music for two guitars during the Sundays Live series at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art on July 22. Their program will include Rossini’s La Gazza Ladra overture, Chopin’s Two Mazurkas and a Waltz, Rachmaninov’s Prelude Opus 23 No. 5,” and Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue. All Sundays Live programs are streamed live on mixlr and throughout the week on KUSC.org.

The Kupinski Guitar Duo is the peerless example of artistic talent in the world of classical music, and one of Europe’s most renowned guitar duos. They are acclaimed by both the public and critics alike as two musicians with brilliant technique, passion, quality of sound, and infinite elegance. As soloists and as a duo, they have won numerous awards in important international competitions, been honored with prestigious scholarships for artistic achievements, and played recitals in Europe, the United States, Mexico, and China. Their latest album features arrangements of Chopin, Rossini, Piazzolla, and Gershwin. With a growing reputation for performing with tremendous energy and artistry, their aim is to create a rich and varied concert experience for audience through performances of great music.
