Since 2017, the PMC and the Los Angeles Museum of the Holocaust in Pan Pacific Park have co-organized several concerts per year. The programs in this series spotlight works by Polish Jewish composers who are prominent in the PMC’s archive and library collections.
As part of Poland’s Centennial Celebration in 2018, the USC Polish Music Center presents a spring concert of music by composers of the Młoda Polska [Young Poland] generation, whose works are typified by the modernist and neo-romantic aesthetic of pre-war occupied Poland. Performed by violinist Maria Sławek and pianists Grzegorz Mania and Piotr Różański of the Polish Society of Chamber Musicians from Kraków.

September 2006: World premiere of Fugue de Concours and Concertino for Oboe and String Orchestra.
On November 11, 2005, the USC Polish Music Center and the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Los Angeles presented a Gala Concert celebrating Polish Independence Day and the donation of manuscripts by Henry Vars to the PMC. The USC Thornton Jazz Orchestra with Guest Conductor Gabriel Alegría performed a selection of the original big-band numbers written by Vars in Poland and the US.
March 2001: The program of this concert included Romuald Twardowski’s Marian Triptych, Tadeusz Baird’s Colas Breugnon Suite, Henryk Górecki’s Three Pieces in the Old Style, and Wojciech Kilar’s Orawa. Jan Jakub Bokun, conductor, and USC Strings.
On 21 October 2000, an open house and exhibition were held during the celebrations of the Polish American Heritage Month. The accompanying Chamber Music Concert was recorded and the CD includes chamber music by Kazimierz Serocki, Marta Ptaszyńska, Tadeusz Szeligowski, Tadeusz Baird, and others.

November 1998: With participants from five countries, including Poland, Germany, Israel, Canada, and the U.S. Papers from the Conference are published in the Polish Music Journal, vol. 6, no. 1 (2003)
April 1998: A symposium about women in music, including papers about Wanda Landowska (by Wojciech Marchwica), and Grażyna Bacewicz (by Maja Trochimczyk), a composers’ panel, and the residency of Hanna Kulenty.

Organized by Wanda Wilk in 1982 at USC, this unique event, predating the formal creation of the Center, brought together Szymanowski experts from around the world for a week of lectures, scholarly sessions, and concerts.
