The latest issue of Musicology Today—Volume 14, Issue 1 (Dec 2017)—is now available online at degruyter.com. This issue features many interesting articles about the long-running and influential ‘Warsaw Autumn’ International Festival of Contemporary Music. Some of the distinguished authors included in this issue are Warsaw Autumn Director and former ZKP President Jerzy Kornowicz, music critic and theorist Małgorzata Gąsiorowska, and musicologist and PMC collaborator Cindy Bylander.

Musicology Today is an English-language, double blind peer reviewed journal published by the Institute of Musicology at the University of Warsaw and the Union of Polish Composers (ZKP). Published since 2004, the main objective of Musicology Today is to provide an intellectual platform for the international scholars and to promote interdisciplinary studies in musicology and become the leading musicological journal in Central and Eastern Europe, with articles and book reviews in the fields of historical musicology, ethnomusicology, music theory, and the philosophy of music. Musicology Today is a forum for research in all areas of music scholarship, seeking to reflect the breadth and diversity of approaches and topics. Special issues devoted to important topics in Central and Eastern musicology are occasionally published.
