The latest album by Ravel Piano Duo – A Polish Kaleidoscope 3 – will premiere on 17 November at the Władysław Żeleński State Secondary Music School in Kraków as part of the 3rd Krakow Musical Salon: Moniuszko – Żeleński.
Ravel Piano Duo (Agnieszka Kozło and Katarzyna Ewa Sokołowska) actively perform in Poland and Europe. A Polish Kaleidoscope 3 | Dance Music for 4 Hands is the third album in “A Polish Kaleidoscope” DUX publishing series, aimed at presenting obscure Polish music originally written for four hands. The first album received a Fryderyk award in 2016 for “Album of the Year – Chamber Music.” The second album was nominated for the same award.
The latest album presents works by Stanisław Moniuszko, Władysław Żeleński, Ignacy Friedman, Zygmunt Noskowski and Maurycy Moszkowski, which will be performed during the Krakow concert. The album will be available to purchase from the DUX online store on 17 November and soon it will be available through traditional and digital international distribution channels.
