Commissioned by Seattle Symphony, the newest composition by Agata Zubel, entitled In the Shade of an Unshed Tear for orchestra, will be performed on October 27 at the Benaroya Hall in Seattle, WA. The world premiere will be conducted by Ludovic Morlot, and will receive an encore performance on October 29. On October 28, Zubel will also perform the music of Polish composer Witold Lutoslawski and her own chamber work, Chapter 13, on the first in the [Untitled] concert series of the year on Friday, October 28.
