4th International Composers Competition

The Centre of Artistic Education at the Gorzów Philharmonic announces the 4th International Composers Competition. The idea of Competition is to promote artistic creation and to support composers’ individual approaches to contemporary music. The Competition aims to popularize the fascinating and rich world of sounds.

The previous three editions (2013-2015) were addressed to young Polish composers up to 35. This year’s fourth edition of the Competition resigns from the age limitation and opens the opportunity for composers of all nationalities to submit their work.

Application submission deadline:
31 MARCH 2016

All works submitted to the 4th International Composers Competition will be rated by the jury comprised of recognized composers and artists: Zygmunt Krauze (Poland) – Chairperson; Edward Artemyev (Russia); Dariusz Przybylski (Poland); and Monika Wolińska (Poland).
