Stroinski Nominated for “Ethan Carter” Score


Polish-American composer Mikolaj Stroinski, who created the score for the game The Vanishing of Ethan Carter, has been nominated for Outstanding Achievement in Original Music Composition at the 18th Annual D.I.C.E. Awards. The D.I.C.E. Awards ceremony will take place on Thursday, Feb. 5 at The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas at the end of the 2015 D.I.C.E. Hosted by the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences, the Annual D.I.C.E. (Design, Innovate, Communicate, Entertain) Awards is the video game industry’s premier peer-based awards show and honors the year’s finest achievements in the industry. The 2014 leaders are Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor with nine nominations, including Game of the Year. Rounding out the Game of the Year nominations include: DestinyDragon Age: InquisitionFar Cry 4 and Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft.
